golfing

everyone has golfing stories but nothing is stranger than this one. a golfer in south carolina landed his ball in a place where he definitely didn't want to play from.
the 411 on me, my life, and my less than humble opinion.

the last week of classes has begun. then its finals time and finally sweet summer. not that things will be any less busy around here. i got a job interview on may 4th hopefully it will lead to some work and some dough. still debating the merits of trying to squeeze in a couple of classes this summer too. more later. . .
the high was 83 degrees here in chicago. that's warmer than vegas and miami today. as a person whose seen it snow in april here you just gotta love this weather. word is it'll all change by wednesday -- which is very chicago-like.

and still working on my schiavo essay. although certain points have become moot in her passing, the further we get from the immediacy of her case, more rational analysis will permeate my writing.
it's beautiful here in the windy city today. if i were a white sox fan i would SO be playing hooky today -- even in that crappy ballpark you can't really go wrong with weather like this. as the season kicks off check out this very funny movie about last year's improbable champions from boston.
